    A Self-Directed Language Acquisition Program started in Spring 2009. Choose to learn Farsi/Persian, modern Hebrew, or Turkish with the help of a language partner and both print and electronic resources. Develop skills that will help you whenever you encounter a new language.

New Ways to Communicate

During the 2008 – 2009 academic year, the Multimedia Language Laboratory will become the Global Studio.  An essential part of this transition will be the ‘normalization’ of social networking / web 2.0 tools for communication about the MMLL’s activities.  (Look for a post about the meaning of ‘normalization’ later in September.)
