In addition to its regular Sunday – Friday hours, the Global Studio will be open Saturday, April 22, from noon – 5 p.m. and Saturday, April 29, from noon – 7 p.m.

When classes and/or events on campus are cancelled because of bad weather, the Studio will probably not maintain its regular schedule. Call 804-287-6598 to check its status.

Computerized placement testing is available in Chinese, French, German, Russian, and Spanish. With the exception of the orientation period, placement testing in Chinese, French, German, and Russian is available by appointment only. Use this form to request an appointment.

Priority use for these rooms is given to (a) advance reservations, (b) language-related video and audio projects, (c) SDLAP practice sessions.

Media rooms may be reserved for up to 4 hours per day. Priority is given to LLC- and LALIS-related work, but other ´international´ work is encouraged. Rooms may not be reserved for private study.
